About Us

Christina
I am in love with my family. I am in love with life.

I started my blog as a sort of online scrapbook. I realized it would be a great way to update our family and friends on the latest Gracie news. This blog is centered around my daughter, but I also wanted it to reflect my love for photography. 365 Days of Grace was created one summer morning when I decided I wanted to challenge myself to pick up my camera every single day for a year and capture even the most simple moments with Gracie. I am able to spend each and every day with her, but so many of those who love her are not. I enjoy sharing our day-to-day adventures with them, and in return, they feel a little closer to Grace, even though the distance may be great. I'm appreciative to all who are following our journey. It's filled with lots of love, faith, and our greatest gift of all, Grace Ashlyn.

Sean
He's my Hero. He's my best friend.

Sean and I met the summer before beginning 7th grade. We were neighbors, I was literally the "girl next door". There was an instant connection between us, even at such a young age. We started out as best friends, but things soon fell into place, and here we are, 10 years later. We've had our share of struggles. The first few years of marriage tested us in many ways, but I think we both agree, we are happier now than we have ever been. I'm proud of us. I am proud of my husband.

Gracie
She was named Grace because I believe in it.

What can I even say about my littlest love, my Gracie-Bug? She is everything. My hopes, my dreams, my heart. I knew that I would adore my child. I knew that I would happily give my life for hers if needed, but I did not know I would be so overwhelmed with love for this little person. She is already like me in so many ways, and her eyes shine when she smiles. She gets that from her daddy. I've learned more about life and love in two years than I ever thought possible, but then again, just her presence in my world is bigger and better than I could have dreamed. Watching her grow has been an amazing miracle. When I look back at Day 1, I want to cry. It hurts a little to see how much can change so quickly, and to know she is growing out of her "baby days". It also feels really good to see how far we've come and to know that I'm doing my best to live in these moments with her. I hold onto them for dear life.
